The only way to ensure the renewal of the service is to send a check ticket to Payam Ava support unit (how to send is explained in the support section of Payam Ava site) or to receive an official confirmation sealed by the company, otherwise if the user pays the invoice And in one of the mentioned ways, if he is not sure of extending his service, he will be responsible. If after paying the invoice by the user due to non-renewal of the user service by Payam Ava for any technical or non-technical reason that has led to the suspension, deletion or permanent termination of the user service, Payam Ava will try based on the paid invoice of the service Renew and reactivate the user, but if for any technical or non-technical reason it is not possible to renew and reactivate the user’s service, the amount of the invoice paid by the user will be refunded and the user will not have any other rights.
